Booking rules

1. All dates refer to evenings or nights stayed at Marouka. Weekend nights are Friday and Saturday. Midweek nights are Sunday to Thursday.
2. Remember that off-peak rates are at about 40% discount to peak rates.
3. Rooms #1 and #6 are booked by bed and may be shared by multiple parties. All other rooms are booked in their entirety and may require two or more guests for a booking.
4. A booking is only confirmed when FULL payment has been completed. Use of online booking and payment facility is preferred.
5. Snow Guarantee - if the lift company stops its operations due to no snow, Marouka's rates will drop to summer rates even if you are already at Marouka and you will be refunded the difference.
6. Associate Members may book 1 accompanying guest at the Associate Member rate. Others at Public Guest Rate.
7. Bookings of loft rooms 7 and 8 carry a 25% surcharge.
8. Exclusive use of Marouka during the summer season (except Christmas to New Year) is $250 / night or $350/night on a long weekend. (Summer Manager, Foundation member or Senior Associate to be present).
9. A minimum opening fee of $15 applies to each night of a summer booking (applies if only one person at lodge).
